Jean Paul Schupp

Management Consultancy

Jean Paul is an experienced manager and innovator and a passionate leader in change, program and project management in research, innovation and development tracks within media, internet and technology. He has built a broad knowledge and experience in different sectors, in diverse roles and in cooperation with various companies. Therefore, he is capable to translate complex business challenges into successful realizations.

Jean Paul (°1965) earned his degree in civil engineering in Computer Sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven. He worked from 1988 till 1990 at IMEC as scientific assistant. Next, he worked 10 years as Technology Consultant at Andersen Consulting with focus on technical architectures, methodology and programme management. In 2000, he served as managing director of datEdge, an IT company that offers business-to-business data solutions to enhance commercial transactions between its clients, customers and partners.

In June 2001 Jean Paul joined the VRT as an independent programme manager, amongst others he was charged with the implementation of the pilot projects for interactive TV. From June 2003 till February 2010 he was part of the Management Team of the VRT. Until 2006 Jean Paul was responsible for the portfolio management of all special projects like the innovative media projects (known as e-VRT, f.e. KetnetKick, Kinderen van Dewindt, 16plus.be, …) and IBBT research projects. Until mid 2009 he was responsible for the team developing products for broadband Internet, mobile and interactive digital television & radio. Until February 2010 Jean Paul was managing technology innovation and was head of VRT-medialab, the research and innovation department of VRT.

Since 2012, Jean Paul is change manager at Sanoma, responsible for the change management program that supports the migration of Sanoma from analog to digital services.

Jean Paul was in 2010 involved in the development of business plans for various startups in media & technology environments.

Jean Paul is also Executive Advisor of The European Multimedia Forum.

Gert Goossens

Project Management

Gert Goossens is an experienced project manager in a variety of industries including media and publishing. He has successfully delivered multiple highly visible and time critical projects - amongst other several releases of VRT websites (de redactie, sporza and cobra) and cross channels project (De Vragende Partij, Ook Getest op Mensen).

Gert holds a Master degree in Industrial Sciences, and various additional certifications in the area of project management (PMP, scrum).

Before joining Innacco, Gert worked as project manager at Digipoint, Porthus and Internet Architects.

Bart Janssens

Innovation Services / Enterprise Architecture Services

Bart Janssens is an experienced media architect and has worked as project manager,  product manager and innovation manager in media projects. His activities focus on next-generation interactive media applications in different areas:
• Digital media
• Mobile
• Gaming
• idTV
• Broadcast
• Research and Development
• Digital preservation/semantic web 

Bart holds a Bachelor degree in Information Technology and Systems.

Before joining Innacco, Bart worked for StreamCase and Porthus.
