Our Project Management Services include  planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. We consider a project a temporary endeavor with a defined beginning and end (usually constrained by time and budget), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value.

We master methodologies like PMI and Prince2, and combine that with a variety of delivery methodologies such as Agile Development or Extreme Programming.

Our project methodology is an integrated set of methods and procedures in different domains:

• Project Management,
• Different project life cycles and implementation methods.

Our methodology is summarized below.

The methodology is is based on the widely recognized PRINCE2 standard. Innacco has customized this standard to the specific needs of it's business, with respect however for its key principles:
• Clear processes for initiating, defining, directing, controlling & closing a project,
• Product Based Planning with Product Breakdown Structure & Product Flow Diagram,
• Project Management Structure with clear roles & responsibilities for the Project board (steering committee) and its members, the Project Manager, the Team Managers & the Project Management Office,
• Clearly defined project stages (phases), fitted to the needs of the specific project,
• Issue, risk & scope management,
• Control instruments such as project status reporting, phase end reporting, baselines, exception reporting and scope change requests.

The different project life cycles all have their specific functionaland technical processes, templates and tools, but they are all managedin the same project methodology. This combines standardization on theone hand, and project flexibility on the other hand, and allows Innaccoto consistently monitor the performance of its project portfolio.
